It's possible that some of the Fallen she saw during that awful incident are now actively part of House Light. Laskhmi had idle dialogue talking about the burning of London. It's not the case of say, an Eliskini heard stories of their grandfather dying to the Saint, it's an Eliskini actively remembering when they saw the Saint tear up their village. These immortal beings remember everything they did, and while the younger generation (Eido and Crow for examples) see that peace is an option, the older generation remain focused on the horrors of war. But not when you have Exo's and Guardians and Eliskini that appear to be biologically immortal provided they have ether. Not the big ones of course, but the personal hells and fucked up things that the individuals on both sides did die out with the soldiers. The conflict is remembered, but the people who actually fought in the war get old, die out, and memories of pain and horrors of the war are lost to history. Countries go to war all the time, and then become allies after they finish fighting. Where the rub is, is we're dealing with immortals. Now add that to the fact that unlike most other doomsday cults, FWC was actually right! They did predict the Red War, and that knowledge of a correct prediction emboldens them to truly believe in themselves and their convictions. Imagine the belief, the faith that these doomsday cults have in their leaders and their own beliefs. Just think of all the Cults that we've seen in the real world. They are a legit cult, who believe that they have factual knowledge of the future, and that the only way to survive is endless war.
